'This hotel is great for families that need to stay close to St Mary's or Mayo clinics. The rooms were comfy and pantry was priced decently for any last minute needs. It was very clean, easy to acces, amd walking distance to great restaurants. '

'I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!'

'The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. '
