'Great breakfast and clean room'

'The jets didn't work and lights flickered so we moved rooms. Room #2 lampshade had mildew and hanging loose, tub had a pair of large open cracks, there were stains in the carpet and the cooling unit rattled loudly. Staff was great but it doesn't make up for the terrible food and run down appearance of the property. The hot tub and pool were both closed. One of the staff was screaming at someone from inside a housekeeping marked room around 10pm friday night. Expensive mistake. '

'We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny...
