'I hate to say that I didn’t appreciate the front counter staff member’s demeanor. BUT almost everything else won me over - the hotel was really good, very clean and quite enjoyable. The pool was wonderful! The hot tub was actually hot. The complementary breakfast was impressive and the morning staff in the breakfast room were incredible, very helpful and willing to do whatever they could to assist, with a smile even!'

'The room was very clean. The noise, however, was an issue. The walls were very thin. I heard someone talking on the phone and it sounded like the person was right in my room. I also didn't like how there was only bar soap to wash our hands. I would've preferred liquid hand soap.'
