'This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. 'We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. 'We checked into our room yesterday afternoon. Then we came back around 11:30pm and couldn't get into the room so asked the front desk for help. Front desk walked to the room with us and opened it. SOMEONE ELSE WAS ASLEEP IN OUR ROOM! Front desk said they double booked it. I called today asking for a refund, and guy at front desk acted like I was crazy and didn't even say sorry. He did provide an email for the manager, who I messaged today.'

'The room was typical for a hotel and the bed was not the comfiest. But the reason I am giving 5 stars is I left my expensive wireless earbuds in the room. I didn't even notice they were missing when the hotel called me an hour or so after I checked out. They walked me through how I can ship them back to me and were very accommodating and responsive in this stressful time.
