'The location was convenient with skytrain, the hotel room was dated and it was smelly. The sheets and towels had stains and the carpet was really really dirty. Our socks turned black. We didn’t receive sufficient towels and no complimentary water in the room. '

'Room photos on expedia showed a room that had been nicely renovated but our room was one that clearly hadn't been done yet. Place didn't seem full so I'm guessing not very many rooms look like the pictures. There is a pretty big difference between the room we got and the pictures they show so it's hard not to feel a bit deceived. Sound proofing is lacking so we could hear car doors slamming for most of the night.
Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
