'Room was recently refurbished with bed and bedding were really comfortable and clean. Shower rose was unfortunately broken. This was the only negative. The room was great overall and to be near to the bistro for a very nice dinner was perfect. Would 100% stay and again and would recommend easily for an overnight stay.'

'The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room. The extra bed in the room should have been a King single,our son’s feet were hanging off the end. The basin in the bathroom was very very low. The shower needed a good scrub. Better quality toilet paper,so thin.'

'After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...
