'Stay was great. Room service didn’t come but other than that, service was accommodating. Hot tub is outdoors which is cool. Location isn’t far from West Yellowstone and the national park. Kids enjoyed it and breakfast was awesome. Saw a moose on the river every morning (remember to stay afar) and got great sunrise pics. Will stay here again.'

'We are happy with our stays at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. They are consistent with their good customer service and clean rooms and facilities. I did report to the desk that our settee/sofa was stained, making it too gross to sit on. I'm sure they will clean it up. Also, can Holiday Inn offer real cream to serve with coffee instead of Coffee Mate that is full of corn syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, and artificial flavors? Thank you.'

'Staff was great! Breakfast was awesome! Enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Little disappointed the website said pool area was open 24 hours but found out they closed at 11 when we got there. The sliding bathroom door in our room wouldn’t stay closed.'

'Front desk person not away from the desk for a half hour when we arrived and was extremely rude when we finally were able to check in. Hotel and room were nice. '

'The room was more magical than I imagined! The double shower, waterfall, treehouse bathtub! The ambiance was complete. It was clean - even the ferns way up high were dust free. There were lots of thoughtful touches. '
