'We stayed in the family room. 2 adults + 2 children. 2 bedrooms. No kitchenette in room. Layout of sleeping fine, however absolutely no space to sit, unless on a bed. A bit impractical for a family. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.'

'Booked as my friends were staying for the ANZAC Day dawn service. On arrival the manager gave the room key and offered to drive me to the RSL for dinner if I wanted. Very handy to town, only a short walk'

'It is winter in Australia. The motel had the air con heat set at 10 degrees, no phone in the room. So no way of getting help at 3 a.m in the morning. The temperature was 5 degrees that night. No extra blankets either. I also called the motel before arriving and said I would pay in cash when we arrived. They used my credit card before we arrived, was not happy about that. Overall disappointed. For a small country town $203 a night ( standard motel room) I would not stay there again'

'The staff are amazingly helpful. They're very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Possibly the best service I've experienced. Parking is tight, which is the only thing that I found that marked them down to 4 stars. (Not much they can do about it though).'

'The bed was very comfortable. The shower had pubes and hair in it Floor had dirt and plastic Disappointing. Despite the fact that it was the cheapest option, and just a donger, I was very disappointed and grossed out by how poor the shower had been cleaned. I have photos. The photos are close up, one looks like a thread, I assure you it most certaily is not'
