'I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...

'I was expecting to walk into a clean rental. The check in process was easy. But once I walked in I quickly noticed the bed was left the same way as the previous renter left it. Dirty sheets. bathroom.and noticed a pile of dirty towels on the floor. The trash was not emptied either. No one has been there for 4 days to clean. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a host on VRBO. when I messaged her the night I arrived,I got no response and still haven't. Do not rent this condo. '

'This is a very nice location and the view is perfect. You do have to take your garbage to the dump at the end of your stay which was a first for us staying at vrbo. Keep that in mind. Hopefully you have room in your car and the garbage doesnt stink. The walk to and from this unit to your car is a bit far, but there is an elevator to get to the 1st floor. The lake view is perfect, beds comfortable. Overall, nice stay. '
