'What an amazing stay. 1790s cabin restored in the 80s. Beautiful and still had all we needed for our trip to the lake. We visited historic Bedford during the day and spent our evenings in this beautiful historic cabin. Met the owner Dave and he gave us a full tour and history. He also gave us some great suggestions for places to eat and places to get great views of the area.'

'Beautiful property and our room was just as described. Loved the back balcony off of our room with rocking chairs to enjoy the evening. Highly recommend visiting the Library bar in Mansion restaurant for enjoyable cocktails and exceptional service. Can’t wait to visit again.'

'The rating for this hotel is too hight. The room was okay, was not then clearest. Bathroom was nasty, shower walls had dirty hands prints and yellow stuff in corners. The gentleman at the service desk was very nice and friendly, the night desk. '

'The bed, they really need to get something. To put you're clothes in. There's no closet. There's no drawers, All your stuff had to stand in the bag until you used it.'
