'Comfortable and in good location '

'We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. 'We did not stay at this hotel as when we went to check in the hotel advised that they were double booked and they had arranged an alternative hotel. When we got to the alternative hotel the rooms were not ready and it was 7.45pm before we finally got into our room. 'This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. 'A large comfy bed, and an unusually large TV. Surprisingly quiet considering the location in the centre of town. Complete with a takeaway breakfast, it represented excellent value, and well wortth another visit! '

'My first time staying here at this hotel. I enjoyed every minute, Tony & Florence are very hospitable. They made Christmas dinner for all the guests which was excellent ! I will be returning to stay in the future 👍'
