'Pool was extremely small ! Queen rooms also extremely small and baseboards peeling in all rooms, including my buddies rooms , who stayed in king & suite rooms. Changed to king room and was charged almost $600 more ! Ridiculous amount , even during Spring Training season.'

'Original location overbooked. Had to go 10 miles away at night time. That made it much further away from our planned destinations. No notice of overbooking until we arrived. At 2nd location, No bedding for pullout. Asked first night, still none. Only 3 pillows. Flooring gritty. No lights for pool area. Lady at front desk was very nice. '

Tried contacting with no success. People banging on door and trying to get in middle of night. Again no staff. Sheets not clean and smoke detectors disabled???'

'The pool/hot tub do not look like pictures. The umbrellas were broken, the pool had cigarette buds at the bottom and there were trash around pool left behind by other guest. There was no trash cans by pool. Also the rooms are very compact especially the restroom. To use the bathroom or shower you have to maneuver a certain way into restroom just so you can close the door. '
