'Across the street from a church and nextdoor to a local museum, this stay was great. The decor was wonderful and everything was well documented though it's hard to read the light switch labels in the dark 😀 Doug was a good host and despite my breaking a wine glass and lightbulb I got the feeling they'd have us back and given the opportunity I would love to stay again.'

'Despite being a duplex, this cottage was very quiet and enjoyable to stay at. The bed and pullout couch were both very comfortable. The property is peaceful and very relaxing. The hosts are responsive and have done a beautiful job renovating and adding small details that made the stay even more enjoyable - we loved the campfire blankets! Communications around the required departure time by 10:15am, or else incur a $250 fee was off-putting, but this didn't impact our enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely recommend it to others.'

'We chose this property because of the location, and we were not disappointed! It is private, very quiet, close to beach and surrounded by birds and water! The beds and furniture were comfortable, the WiFI, TV etc worked great, and good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good drinkable water a plus this close to the ocean. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, comfortable home. We were a group of 7 family and friends ages 19 - 67. The private bedrooms for everyone and the several gathering places were perfect. We never felt like we were cramped or in each other's way. The outdoor deck areas, shaded and unshaded, gave each of us something we liked. We enjoyed using the firepit, the pizza oven, the deck swings, the enclosed porch, and most especially that fabulous outdoor live-edge bar on the deck....
