'I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. '

'Very bad experience, first the reception lady put me in the standard king room when i booked the king suite with separate sitting area. I had to go back to reception and when i pointed that she said oh sorry that room wasnt cleaned yet. Mind you i checked in after 4 pm. After waiting good 20 minutes she put me to the room which i originally booked. The TV wasnt working when i pointed out they said somebody will come tomorrow to fix it. 'We did not originally get the room we booked. The woman at the front desk said that it wasn’t available for our entire stay. After calling down once we got to the other room and realized it wasn’t going to work (no room for our son’s pack and play), the room was magically available. 'The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. '
