Then said he could not accept the reservation confirmation on my phone and that the Expedia confirmation number meant nothing to him. At this point my husband called Expedia on his cell phone and discovered that the reservation was indeed valid and under his name not mine. Front desk guy then revealed that he had this...

Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night...
