'The location was very convenient to Holiday World, stores, and restaurants. The kitchen was wonderful and fully equipped to make my family meals. The house and dining table was large enough for the older kids to socialize and play cards. We very much appreciated the cleanliness and decor of the house. My only suggestion would be is to lubricate hinges of doors to stop the creaking. Besides that ..everything was awesome, thank you! '

'Property located in cul-de-sac. All duplexes that appeared to be unkept govt. subsidized housing. Duplex next to property gas windows boarded. Attached duplex had numerous vehicles in yard with older boy laying across the car. Step up to porch approx 16" off ground with no handrail. Home had uneven floors. Freezer with approx 4" frost. Called host, called VRBO letting them know we were not staying. No resolution has been made. Host refuses any contact concerning reimbursement, partial or full....

'The place was wonderful! I was in town for a conference and had to travel with my dogs. The location was great with easy access not just to the conference center but also several parks. The owner was really responsive, helpful and kind. '
