'We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!'

Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en geven je echt het gevoel dat je op vakantie bent. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die dag tripjes willen maken in en rond Tuscon.'

'First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed. '

'I booked this particular hotel because of the close proximity to the airport and the hotel shuttle. I followed the instructions of booking the shuttle one day before I had to fly out of the airport. The morning of, there was no one working at the front desk and the shuttle driver said he was unable to take me to the airport. Myself and several other guests each had to pay for a Lyft ride to the airport. Unsatisfactory. I will NEVER stay at the hotel again. '

'Room was clean but it was obviously an old room with some new paint, carpet, and decorations. We arrived late at night so minimal staff would be expected but I had to walk around looking for someone and they were all outside on a cigarette break. We could hear everything in the hall and other occupants were loud, everything was a bit sketchy, won’t be staying there again.'
