'It was a lovely period hotel that was restored to its original glory. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The bed and linens were superb. It’s right downtown and close to the attractions. Restaurant and lounge were equally good.'

'Check in was fine- the woman was pleasant even when quite busy. The problem arose when we tried to shower/bath. There was absolutely no hot water. Knowing that the hotel was quite full we waited until 10pm- still none. 7am next morning-still none. Extremely frustrating during hot humid weather. At checkout- different desk clerk.
