'The hotel is in an ideal location in downtown Portland. The staff is so kind and very accommodating! The stay was beyond comfortable and is the place we will stay every time we return to Portland!'

'Property is in an excellent location with so much to see and do (and eat) in walking distance. My room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff interaction was minimal (by design) but the few times I spoke with the concierge on site she was pleasant and accommodating. My only negative comment is regarding the toiletry products. I’m a toilet paper snob and that angel soft just doesn’t cut it. Overall I am beyond satisfied with my stay and would absolutely stay here again. '

'The Blind Tiger was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in! The location was perfect – far enough away from the "bustle" of downtown but close enough to walk to many spots (Smalls was a favorite!). The daily breakfast was so great and the room, my goodness! Adorable, perfect, comfortable... best sleep of my life! Maggie was so helpful and accommodating and made our stay really special. All in all, highly recommend!'

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'

'Overall, my stay was nice. The only negative I experienced was with the shuttle service and the front desk staff at check-in. Prior to my arrival, I messaged the property to confirm the shuttle schedule and was assured it was available at all times. Unfortunately, when I landed and called the front desk as instructed, I was told there was no shuttle service available that day. 'I booked this hotel as a family of 4 because of the indoor pool. When I checked in, I was not informed of the pool being out of order. If I were told that, I would have made other plans right then and there. My daughter got dressed and ready for the pool only to find a sign on the pool door. Out of order. When I asked the front desk it was pretty much “oh yeah, sorry - our sister property is experiencing the same problem” there was no discussion of a resolution. I will be calling to speak to a...
