The area felt very safe and walkable, which was especially reassuring when exploring in the evening. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Transportation options were plentiful and easy to access, with both public transit and ride-share pickup...

'They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!'

'Ideale ligging, veel op loop afstand. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit union station via de Skywalk loop je zo naar het hotel. Alles netjes, schoon en badkamer en bed waren top. 1 nadeel geluidsoverlast vanaf het treinspoor wat direct achter het hotel loopt, maar af wat wil je in een grote stad. '
