The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Clean room, nicely decorated. Nice lounge and eating area, good food, excellent staff, beautiful pool area. Comfortable bed. Secure. Across the street from the Spokane Valley Mall, Olive Garden, Black Angus, Red Robin. Next door is a Best Buy, Krispy Kreme. Near medical services, too much to list near this hotel. Everything a person needs is within 2 miles.'
