'Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking.'

'Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes.'

'This is a cute, convenient little cottage in Peoria Heights. It’s convenient to East Peoria and other areas in Peoria. Peoria Heights has a quaint area with shopping and great restaurants. Hearth is mt all-time favorite restaurant. I also highly recommend Two Sisters if you like antiques and vintage items.'

'I booked this location with the understanding that there were two beds. One bed in the den that was actually a closet. There wasnt much silverware, and coffee cups so we had to wash dishes. NO hand soap in the bathroom. And only TWO HORRIBLE PILLOWS ON THE BED. NO EXTRA ANYTHING. The bed was very comfortable, but I had to by pillows bc the ones provides were so thin. Extra linens and pillows would have been great. Also a bigger trash in the kitchen. A bath mat by the shower. And said...

'Was just looking for a small place to crash at night as every day was filled with scheduled events and this place was perfect for that, from check in to checking out everything went smooth. If I ever go back to Peoria this is the place I’m checking for availability first.'

'Pat is a great host. We were there for my husband’s funeral. He made sure that we were all accommodated being that we were all Seniors. Will contact him again to rent when I visit the family. House was very well stocked and bathroom gifts were appreciated. Soaps and laundry detergents were an added bonus that most don’t have. Very cozy comfortable home. Can’t wait to see his new one in the Heights he just bought. Thank you again Pat.'

'Great Place.'

'We were not in town to shop. Made it to the brewery and it was nice. '

'Very comfortable. The mattress was particularly nice. All the basics in the kitchen, including coffee. The host was extremely responsive.'

'The great things about the house:-attractive, comfortable furniture-very comfortable mattress-plenty of towels-lots of hangers (thanks!)-laundry baskets in each bedroom-washer and dryerThe less-than-great things:-the driveway has a deep hole near the street-when we arrived, the driveway was wet and muddy; the welcome mat was dirty and soaking wet, so we tracked mud into the house. There was no mat inside the door to wipe our feet.-the floors were dirty—once a mop was provided, I mopped the...

'Excellent communication and help. Instantly accommodating. Couldn’t be happier.'

'The property was advertised as an oasis. While the beds were comfortable and overall the property was clean, on the Friday evening we arrived, the front and back yard were unmowed, and the lights in the dining room, kitchen and oven hood did not work. Several lamps throughout the property were missing light bulbs. A towel holder in the half bath was not secure to the wall. There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases, there was a pile of laundry in the laundry room, the bottom fridge...
