'La struttura e la posizione sono meravigliose. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza. Una nota negativa: la pulizia delle parti comuni che dovrebbe essere più accurata e così lo scarico della doccia che ogni tanto non scaricava completamente. Noi la consigliamo assolutamente per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in una situazione tranquilla e con tutti gli aspetti piacevoli che si possono cercare da una vacanza. 'Great accomodation; location is very good, walking distance to beach and restaurants and a quiet street. Also the rooms are cozy and comfortable. What I was missing is a breakfast service. There are only a few beds at the pool. And when you have a room with pool access, you don't have a sunbed at your terrace.'

'Wonderful Hotel with an amazing pool and an amazing view at the ocean. The cleaning staff and the owner were really nice and gave us good recommendations for beaches, restaurants and other things to do. The only negative point was that the rooms are a little bit to loud (street and other rooms).'

'Very charming and clean. Host was hospitable and communicated promptly. Loved convenience kitchen and beautiful veranda. Access streets are VERY steep. Laundry was a hand wash bucket and drying rack outside. Bed was firm. Excellent value and lovely stay.'

'The location was perfect, in the hill above Porto Karras and Neos Marmaras surrounded by pine and olive trees and vineyards. Peaceful, beautiful apartment, modern with all the amenities. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation.'

'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. Bathroom was affected by mold too and the visible parts of drain pipes were very dirty. It was fifty beyond what words could describe. See photos attached (if possible, I want...
