The room was dirty when I arrived, and the air conditioner did not work during my stay, despite me reporting the issue to the front desk. No one ever came to fix it. 'Baymont by Wyndham makes me wonder if these hotels do an inspection to make sure their hotel is clean, amenities are working well and is up to par, and the front desk customer service has excellent customer service skills and speak adequately and with professionalism.
