'Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! '

'We loved the home it was well stocked with all the essentials you need. It was in such a lovely neighborhood with walking trails all over. The house had very comfy beds and linens in all the bedrooms. So many things to do and places to eat close by. We will definitely stay again if we come back. '

'We could not have been happier with our stay at The Nest. We traveled with our two teens to visit family and stayed 4 nights. The listing and photos do not do it justice. The house was beautifully done with big bedrooms, full kitchen, and big backyard. We grilled multiple nights. The backyard was nicely shaded to setup a small wading pool for our grandchildren and the adults were able to relax around the fire pit. As close as the property is to the airport we didnt hear a single plane. ...
