The property was wasy to locate wasn't far from bus terminal. Very local to all transportation, train, ferry and taxis services. 5-10 minute walk to make attractions. Accommodation is room only but plenty of restaurants available with a short walking distance. Hotel located on second floor of building very clearly signed. Need to inform of exact time arrival but there is a code to access lobby. Room are very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities, fridge.and safe. Room cleaned daily. Had a room with balcony but views limited as room situated at rear. The rooms seems more spacious in pictures but not so in reality.The hotel is not always manned but can be contactable via Expedia app. Would highly recommended great value for money. Overall felt safe in hotel and area. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff and clean room
The room is clean and new. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the bus station and the old town. The staff are very helpful and responsive. Really recommended!

Very centrally located room. Nice, clean and secure accomodation. I really enjoyed the outdoor patio to sit and enjoy fresh air. The host was communicative and quick in their reply. Perfect for short stays as there is no mini fridge.

Can’t beat this property for location to ferries and promenade. Clean and updated small room with balcony. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was neat and tidy, although I noticed the water didn’t actually get that hot (not an issue during summer). Only real downside was some noise during the night as it is so close to the restaurants, bars and clubs.

The hotel is in a great location to the train station, port and city. They were kind enough to let us check in early as the room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable and good air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfekt hotell och receptionisten var så hjälpsam
Vi stannade i Split ett par dagar och hotellet var perfekt, ett par minuter till hamnen. Receptionisten superhjälpsam, hjälpte oss med transfers, vattenkokare m.m. Hotellet kan varmt rekomenderas. (har du svårt att gå i trappor bör dock hotellet undvikas då det saknas hiss)

Ideal location, easy check in and lovely room
Besides the room being a bit tight size wise this was a great stay. We were able to drop bags at 8am after getting off an overnight ferry, then check in later. The reception and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, port and bus/train station 3 mins one way and the old town 3 mins the other. There was a small fridge and kettle which was ideal for easy breakfasts with a number of supermarkets within a few mins. The room was also quiet and dark. All very modern and well appointed, the bathroom was very clean. Only issue was the tv remote batteries were flat, but we weren't there to watch tv.

This is essentially a hostel which was frustrating - we were expecting an actual Hotel. The staff is nice but the rooms are insanely small and there was no filtered water “it was being filled” and never got Filled. If you’re on a budget it’s fine - But had I known it was a hostel I would not have booked. I will say the rooms are at least renovated and clean

Excellent place to stay, clean and modern, and really central / close to the Riva. Brilliant transfer from the airport and some excellent tourist advice from the driver. Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities.

Great location, just blocks from the Palace, boardwalk and docks. On a busy street, but windows blocked the sound. Very nice shower. Two flights of stairs.

Friendly host. Gave us lots of information about Split and good places to eat. Clean and comfortable room. We ran out of toilet paper however and had to buy our own as nobody was around to ask for some. They told us we could call any time and gave us a card but when we rang there was no answer.

I can’t give this property a terrible as I haven’t physically stayed, but I will give it a disappointing review considering I had to pay for the night I could not stay. Given the current situation with COVID, there is a travel ban in place for Australia. While Europe may have different restrictions - I can’t even fly domestically without self isolating for 2 weeks and it’s essential travel only. Unfortunately this property could not be lenient and the only leniency they could provide was to open a date change but only for a year - and the date had to be provided two-three weeks before my original booking. While I appreciate the sentiment, the last thing I’m doing at the moment is locking in another trip for next year. Unfortunately this property will not be a place I recommend or a place I book in the future.

Everything was fine BUT when it came to payment cash was insisted upon. No other form of payment was acceptable. I had no knowledge of this prior to arrival. The reservation had been made with a credit card.

The location is the best. It's literally 3 minutes walk from the center and if you're lucky enough you can find a free parking on the same street. Jerka was very kind and responsive to my messages. She greeted me with basic information of Split and helped me with the ferry schedule to Hear.

This property was in a perfect location for the shuttle from the airport and ferry to nearby islands. The Riva (port) is only 5 mins away. It’s not in the trendy part of Split but I would still highly recommend as it’s so near to everything. The room is not particularly big but enough for 2 with very good showers. It was a nice touch that they had Netflix on TV too, Only negative is that there is no daily maid service. The property just change the towels and empty the bins. We were fine with this but was somewhat surprised.

Perfect location, about a block from the old town so it was convenient to come back in the middle of the day for a break. The street was noisy but when the windows were shut it was super quiet. They have AC so it wasn't an issue. The room was spacious and clean. I will say 1 evening the shower didn't get warm/hot but it was fine the next morning so one of the other very few guest probably used up all the hot water. It wasn't an issue for us.
