'Goed hotel. Wel wat lawaai als je een kamer hebt aan de kant van de snelweg! 2 restaurants naast het hotel en supermarkt vlakbij.'

'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'The hotel is new, everything was very clean. Room is very spacious. I particularly liked the foyer entrance allowing a place for messy shoes and snowy boots without being on the carpet. The hotel was also very close to the new TD Coloseum which made it great to attend a concert, as it was walking distance to the venue. It was also great to have breakfast provided- great food choices.'

'Hotel was lovely. Nice clean rooms with a full kitchen. It felt like staying in a home, not a hotel room. Nice little pool, indoor parking and a secure building. Breakfast was well done. Nice buffet style with plenty of options.'

'Heating was noisy and very dry air. When you turned it of it was too cold in the room within one hour. Restaurant next door quit and when I asked the desk where I can find a restaurant she send me to a gasstation. Never go there again.'

'Except for when ordering thru Expedia, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that Expedia does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on Expedia,'
