'Hotel is upscale with nice room amenities. Top notch shampoo, conditioner etc provided in the bathrooms. A bit too pricey for meals, even with the $20 hotel credit per purchase. The $20 destination fee per day & $28 self-parking fee per day seem excessive. Staff is very friendly & attentive. Some of the elevators do not work to go to the upper floor rooms by scanning the room key card.'

'The 2nd floor room seemed recently renovated and was clean. The wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast now includes 2 waffle irons and a pancake machine which I did not see during my stay in October. The transient population was much more prevalent in the downtown area in June than it was in October. The staff was friendly and helpful.'

'The Sleep Inn Spokane Airport is our best option for staying when we are in the Spokane area. My wife and I have been coming to the Sleep Inn for years. Check-in is easy, front desk staff is both friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, nice size with updated bathrooms. WiFi reception is good. The breakfasts (included in the stay) are quite good and the coffee is always on!'

'We came to Spokane for a Mini Vacation and a Wedding! we had a nice stay, and Bryce was super friendly! The stairs are super noisy! and the only thing I would suggest is a trash can in the bedroom. Thank you so much had a wonderful time.'

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
