'We enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and pleasant. The eating area for breakfast, and the associated bar for evening use, are down in the basement and felt quite utilitarian. The breakfast itself was okay but not special. One of the elevators was out of commission for 3 of the 5 days we were at the hotel.'

Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'My daughter fell in the shower and hit her head. It was very slippery possibly from a soap residue that had not been rinsed properly when cleaned. Also, there were fewer free amenities than what we''ve enjoyed at other hotels. The vathroom was also small and the only mirror in the room did not have good lighting. The location was okay.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...
