'UH Suite made our stay comfortable. The front desk is great at communicating and were quick to respond. We had a few requests for our group and they were so accommodating and helpful to us. I also appreciated that they helped set up our groups private transportation to the airport. The suite itself provides all essentials to make it homey - fridge/freezer, microwave, glassware/plates. We were a group of 4 so having two bathrooms helps a lot, the suite size is just enough room despite all of...

'Very nice & beautiful property, I really enjoyed staying in it. The services & cleaning are very professional & good. I highly recommended for this place to stay in Seoul. One of the best places that I stayed in the service apartments. Very good!'

'We had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel World and overall enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, especially for visiting the surrounding attractions. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt somewhat distant and less welcoming than expected. This was partly due to the style and design of the lobby, which did not provide the warm and luxurious arrival experience one would normally expect from a five-star hotel. 'Daily cleaning was slow and late in the day. The pool area was only available to use if you paid $130 canadian for 2 hours The location was good and only 5-7 minutes walk to the metro'

'My stay was excellent and the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was amazing, I liked it more than my room in L7 Gangnam hotel and it was much cheaper. The location is excellent and the price is unbeatable. I would definitely stay here next time. If they had a onsite gym, I would make this my primary stay in future trips to Korea!'

'The hotel is very well located. Easy to reach. Friendly staff, the check in took a bit longer than required. The room was spacious, very well equipped and clean. The swimming pool was nice to cool down, however 2/3 was reseverd for members and swimming lessons.'

'Heel vriendelijk personeel en zeer schone kamer. Ook alle voorzieningen waren tip top in orde. Als we nog eens in de buurt van gangnam moeten verblijven kiezen we vast en zeker dit hotel!'

'Nice and kind staffing ! The location of the hotel was just wonderful 👍'

'Personeel behulpzaam, kamer was prima . '

'Very nice hotel. Located central in southern Gangnam close to many facilities and attractions by metro.'

'Staying in gangnam is Aloft is a great place to stay if you don’t have much luggage, the airport limo stop is opposite the hotel but is a wee walk to actually get to a crossing point. The bathroom has partially opaque glass walls so others in the room can see through. Also the entry way has sensor lights so if you use the bathroom in the night it’ll light up the place like a Christmas tree. The curtains are not black out.'
