Because our home borders this special ecosystem, we take great care to help preserve it. The property is strictly smoke-free and vape-free, including all outdoor areas and screened spaces. Open flames such as candles, incense, fireworks, and similar items are not permitted. Gas grills are provided for outdoor cooking to help prevent charcoal ash, lighter fluids, and other contaminants from entering the ecosystem through wind, rain, runoff, and tidal movement.
