Rentals available nearby), a spacious ground level screened entertainment room featuring a mini-kitchen, half bath, large TV with ample seating, river-front dock with lounge furniture, fenced grounds, Wi-Fi, five smart TVs, 2nd story deck off the living area, lower waterfront paver patio with BBQ grill and an outdoor shower, cold A/C, child gates, and on-site parking.

See manatees right in your backyard. During the winter months they are very frequent.



Other things to note:

LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of $100 is required at time of booking. This is collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

SECURITY CAMERA: There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.
