'The hotel looks great and cozy, with comfortable “living room” settings in lobby and each floor’s elevator lobby.
The rooms are okay, but nothing more than that. Beds are not too comfortable for heavier persons (90kg plus) as they are too soft.
The 5th floor hallway smells strange, like mould, and room 517 smelled the same. After sleeping one night there, we couldnt stand the smell any longer and asked for another room, which was provided promptly. The next room 525 also had a peculiar smell but...

'From the beginning of my stay all the way to the end was perfect. The staff were phenomenal; from the man at the valet greeting me with a smile and warm embrace, to the desk receptionist being generous and bubbly, to even the waitress and cook being very nice and understanding. Overall, I would go back again because even the room was chefs kiss!!'
