THE LIVING SPACE
The open kitchen, living, and dining layout is the heart of the home. Sink into the designer leather sectional, catch the game on the smart TV, or gather everyone around the large dining table after a day out.

It's fully stocked for real cooking, not just reheating leftovers: a full appliance suite, bar seating with four leather stools, Keurig and Ninja coffee makers, an air fryer, a blender, a toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, and all the essentials.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Need more time? Just ask, and we'll accommodate when we can.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood.
No parties or events. It's perfect for group dinners and family time, but it's not a party house.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Pets are allowed by pre-approval only, before booking.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Exterior cameras cover the front and back doors only, for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home.
Bunk beds: please supervise children. The top bunk isn't recommended for kids under 6.
Please flush toilet paper only, with no wipes or paper towels.
Please don't ship packages to the house.
