There was a mix-up and the house had not been cleaned at the time of check-in but the manager responded quickly and promised to reimburse us for the cleaning fee due to our inconvenience. 'I should have researched and read more of the reviews before I booked, that was my fault. If I would have read the disrespectful responses of the owner, that would have made my decision on just not to book all together. Not all VRBOs are a 5 star....isnt that why others give reviews? I guess the email asking for only 5 star reviews and again at the end, was a huge turn off in itself. I get it, but honest reviews are important for both customers and business owners. The outside house structure...
