She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful.

'Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great).

'My stay was great at Stamford Marriott. We had a leak in our first room that required us to move. To compensate they put us in a junior suite. As well, they gave us gift cards for the Starbucks in the lobby. No matter what staff it was they were friendly, professional and helpful. Anton and his staff in the restaurant for breakfast each morning were exceptional. '

Free breakfast had a lot of choices (not just bagged muffins, LOL). The rooftop bar is really fun and has a great view. SoNo has a lot of restaurants, great breweries, and a nice beach nearby! '

It is more than apparent that the staff and the designer listens to their guests needs and wants. It is a beautiful environment. The rooms are calming and meticulously clean. The amenities are luxurious.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating, great room (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, 2 queens beds, etc), indoor swimming pool, free parking, free breakfast and literally right next door to Stamford Diner! Property is doing some upgrades but still well worth the price, will stay here every time. '
