'We're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??

'Great weekend getaway from NYC! Love that you can take MetroNorth and walk to this hotel which has large efficiency rooms! Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean. Free breakfast had a lot of choices (not just bagged muffins, LOL). The rooftop bar is really fun and has a great view. SoNo has a lot of restaurants, great breweries, and a nice beach nearby! '

'The hotel was very nice, with clean huge rooms. The hotel design is a hollow cube, so all the rooms look out over an indoor area. This area would be nice for a conference or maybe a wedding. The hotel has all the expected amenities (gym, etc). It is a reasonably priced and well situated hotel. I would go there again.'

'My stay was great at Stamford Marriott. We had a leak in our first room that required us to move. To compensate they put us in a junior suite. As well, they gave us gift cards for the Starbucks in the lobby. No matter what staff it was they were friendly, professional and helpful. Anton and his staff in the restaurant for breakfast each morning were exceptional. '

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful.
The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '
