The breakfast was horrible. The mattress we had needed to be replaced years ago. It was so wore out each side had it own divet that sank in about 4 inches.

Easily the nicest hotel in Springfield we’ve stayed at! The only downsides- traffic was LOUD from our 5th floor room which made for a long night. Also, our bathroom was not as clean as I would hope for. Everything else was wonderful!

Family friendly
My adult kids were able to check in early after driving all night to be with a family member in the hospital. They were greeted with kindness, cleanliness and comfort. It was a blessing in an otherwise tough 24 hours.

Towne Place overbooks and puts up somewhere else
The problem is that the TownePlace over booked and we were put up at the Hilton Garden Inn which is nothing like your facility. When we come to town Towne Place is the only place we stay at. Very unhappy even though we did not have to pay for the Garden Inn room just was not the same. We understand from the management at the Garden Inn that this happens more than not so we are going to be looking for another place to stay in town so we don't get switched again. I am sorry it just was not a good experience.

While we did have to move a couple guests, including yourself, to Hilton Garden Inn this is a rare occurence despite what they might have said only happening a day or two each year. I am sorry that despite our attempts the rooms did not meet your needs at Hilton Garden Inn. I hope the next time you visit the area you will consider giving us a second chance.

The room was a great place to unwind after a long drive. Kitchenette was a bonus. Just a quick 5 minutes down the road to Missouri State. Nice pool - it's indoor, so slightly heated would have been nice, but that's just personal preference. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

Nice hotel!!
One of the best suites I’ve stayed. Pros: clean, privacy, nice decor Cons: no body wash or shampoo, shower head cover was missing- no way to adjust water pressure, carpet close to restroom was very wet, no trash cans in rooms & very small cans in restroom & kitchen. We’re a family of 5, child-like trash can fills up after one meal. Covid precautions are over, we need to return to daily cleaning.

The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and kind. She gave dining recommendations to some great places. Room was clean and well stocked with shampoo and body wash.

Check in was easy, and walking into the suite we stayed in, it looked very nice and roomy. The problems we had were once we got settled. First, the location of the furniture compared to location of the air conditioners. The living room one blew directly on the couch and the bedroom one was a foot from the bed so when it turned on it froze you out! Then the shower... Ugh. The first night it was so clogged and dirty that barely any water sprayed out. I asked the next morning to replace it, but instead they cleaned the clogged holes. It still had hardly any pressure. Very disappointing. Finally, you get a full size 12 cup coffee maker which is great, but little coffee pods good for 2-4 cups rendering them useless. Oh and the free breakfast.... TERRIBLE! For the price I paid, I was very disappointed and would not stay there again.
