'It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

'Great location with access to Mousam lake. No lake view but a wonderful dock and great property with covered patio, fire pit and all the amenities. Really well done interior with comfortable accommodations. Had a great time and definitely recommend!'

'This house was great, in many ways! James has really thought of everything, even down to hook placement for the outdoor shower ….your towels stay dry! We have stayed in homes in many places, including Europe and this was the most well equipped and easy to live in! There were two daily beach parking passes included and they were invaluable!!! Overall we would highly recommend this property!'

'This property was the perfect size for our family of 4 and small dog. The house was very clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchenware, towels, blankets). We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and fire pit, and there was lots to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.'
