'Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.'

'Deep in the woods at the top of the mountain be prepared to drive for 5 miles trough twists and turns. Arrive early because you may not find the lodge. Overall the view was great and stay was good but with ZERO cell service if your lost or need the wifi code Good Luck. Lastly it was 1.45 hrs from Sequoia park entrance. Stay Wild'

'No, the pancakes were still out at 330 pm when we checked in, the hot tub was half full and gross looking, there was cigarette butts all over the railings and ground, staff was hard to get a hold off. My room ended up having a broken faucet on the tub and floooded the floor. They had to shut water off to the room and we had to leave and get another hotel. 'We needed a place for one night as hop to Death Valley. We could not have picked a nicer place. This motel is so well decorated and comfortable. It was not my taste but done so well that it didn't matter. It just embraces you like a warm cardigan. This was also because of the very friendly manager. It is a bit "out of town" but just across the street is a good place, Riverkern General Store" to have a meal, breakfast and where you can get almost everything.'
