'We had a wonderful 4 weeks. The house was very comfortable especially the beds! All though the weather was unseasonably hot (so we were told), the air conditioning kept the house cool.We had a couple of glitches but they were all solved with a text to the owner. We very much enjoyed the daily visits from the deer, the gray squirrels and the various birds. We fell in love with the area and added some great new friends. '

'Four very good friends all 55 to 73 ladies and we had a lovely time and found the cabin/ house user friendly and easy to enter we found the fire pits easy to use. We were delighted to have one private area of an apartment and had one of the ladies who really enjoyed a little peace and quiet of her own. The beds and bedding were lovely the towels were luxurious and we had a lovely time I would recommend this place to anyone! Wonderful parking and very quiet neighborhood with very friendly people!...

It has a great open space for gathering along with private space for sleeping and relaxing. The beds, bedding and towels are good quality. 'Awesome place. Stocked with many and all items needed for a relaxing secluded time on the water. Lots of things for our teens to do to keep them entertained. The stairs down to the water were a little challenging, but gave us a good cardio workout to burn some calories. highly recommend to those who want to get away and relax. Owner was great to work with!The dock was further away than the pictures made it seem and it was not accessible to my husband who has a bad back bc it was very steep. But!! 'We absolutely loved everything about the Barge Inn. A lovely place at a beautiful location. The golf cart was definitely a huge help since we spent a lot of time at the beach and we stayed as a family of 7. The owners are very attentive and always strive to make your stay the best possible.
