'I absolutely loved this place! I enjoyed the fire pit while sipping on a glass of vino with my little pup under the stars. The place was quiet amd I even had a few deer that came to visit. Location was excellent to downtown Marion. I loved the record collection she has too! That probably was my favorite! The place was perfect for what I needed. U came to experience the Bigfoot Festival for the first time and didn't want to stay too far away do this place was great. Went to Lake James amd had...

'Great house with lots of space, and Chris was amazing with communications throughout our visit. Home was even better than the photos!'

'Beautiful cabin that is tastefully decorated. Very comfortable, beautiful scenery, clean, and the bed was amazing. I would give a 5 star rating, but there was no shower, just a beautiful stand alone tub. I wish I would of paid more attention when booking; a shower is a must for us. The water for the tub, was luke warm at best, but we were able to put hot water in a pan from the kitchen to take a hot bath. Loved the area and trips to Burnsville. The Pig and Grits Restaurant was great food, we...

'Beautiful property! We enjoyed the "swimming hole" in the heat and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would recommend an SUV or all wheel drive vehicle to be able to get in and out of the steep drive, but we loved the secluded feel of the property.'

'Enjoyed the observatory.'

'Absolutely charming and very well equipped small home. A lot of small amenities to make it welcoming. Didn't realize it had steps, that was our fault for not checking. We found the registration process to be confusing trying to do it through Expedia as it was a vbro. The owner went out of her way to be helpful.'

'Home away from home'

'extremely peaceful location and super cozy along with amazing kitchen appliances updated bathroom. I felt like I was at a high-end hotel.'

'We loved the peaceful sound of the creek. Such a relaxing spot. Close to town but without traffic. We even got to watch a fawn running around and playing in the creek. We look forward to returning soon.'

'Very charming cabin at the end of a quiet street. We saw lots of deer and turkey while sitting on the porch. The cool mountain air was so enjoyable this time of year. All the windows had screens so we could keep them open. Close to downtown Banner Elk restaurants and everything we came to do on Sugar Mountain. Would recommend. Perfect for kids, ours really liked the game machine.'

'The location is super convenient for anyone visiting banner elk or the surrounding area!'
