Guests will have exclusive access to the entire chalet, including:
– The private outdoor hot tub
– The terrace with BBQ
– The cozy indoor fireplace and living room
– The fully equipped kitchen
– The bathroom, bedrooms, books, games, and amenities

Check-in is self-service via a secure key lockbox. You`ll receive detailed instructions prior to arrival for a smooth and flexible check-in experience.

Check-in is fully self-serve via a secure combination lock or lockbox. Access instructions will be sent to you by email and/or text a few days before your arrival. Please make sure to review them carefully — especially if arriving outside of office hours.

👥 Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its amenities. Unregistered visitors are not allowed unless the daily user fee has been paid (per person, per day).

👤 Guests must be 25 years of age or older at the time of booking.

Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.

Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
🚭 Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Any evidence or smell of cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, or other substances indoors will result in penalty fees.

🕓 Check-in and check-out times must be respected:
• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

📋 Departure instructions must be followed before leaving the property.
These are provided in the guest guide and posted inside the chalet. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.

👥 Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No visitors or unregistered guests are permitted without prior approval.

🐾 A maximum of two dogs are allowed, under the following conditions:
• They must be included in the reservation
• Dogs are not allowed on beds or sofas
• Pets must never be left alone in the property

• No parties or events are allowed
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Please be mindful and respectful of the space and neighborhood at all times

🧼 Cleanliness:
While a cleaning fee is included, we ask that you leave the property in a reasonable condition. Excessive mess or failure to follow check-out procedures may lead to extra charges.
