'When I arrived a guy told me where to Park as I didn’t request parking on the booking as I didn’t want to pay for parking which was going to cost me £10. Then this morning got an email suggesting I owe £10 for parking. Which I will not be paying.!'

'Alie was a wonderful host and came quickly to welcome me and offered to help with my bags. The room was great, really clean and the bathroom was perfect. Might have liked a little more room to hang clothes but there were hangers on the back of the door. Alie also offered me an iron and board and said to call on her if I needed anything. Room had kettle, tea, coffee and water too. Really comfy bed. My only issue us that I was woken up one morning by someone having sex!! I'm not sure from which...

'The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊'

'Perfect location for Wembley as only 2 stops on the tube. Place is spotless & the room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again when going to see a concert in Wembley, as I felt totally safe travelling solo from venue back to hotel late at night.'

'We hadden dit guesthouse geboekt omdat we hiervandaan makkelijk met de metro naar hartje londen konden , de kamer was best wel ruim en ook dichtbij de winkels voor het avondeten. En ik heb heerlijk geslapen, en parkeer ruimte zat '

'My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.'

'Het heeft vooral de sfeer van een ‘guesthouse’, omdat het volledig gerund wordt door een uiterst aardig echtpaar, dat je ‘s morgens een prima ontbijt serveert en je op elk gewenst moment te woord zal staan. Heel anders dan een hotel met aardig maar afstandelijk personeel. De Lodge zelf is op leeftijd, dus verwacht geen hypermodern comfort.'
