Three bedroom home on beautiful Lake Champlain with 60 feet of lake frontage. Patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs overlook the lake to enjoy the most amazing sunsets. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of. Multiple boat launches nearby. Two kayaks on site for your use. Walking distance to nature paths. Bring your gear to swim, fish, boat, hunt, bike, snowmobile, ice fish, cross country ski, skate, and snowshoe!

There is a gas insert fireplace with a remote control which makes the cooler nights that much more cozy.
Nice open floor plan with a bright and comfortable sunroom that looks out to the lake.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a gas stove.
The master bedroom is large yet in the basement (stairs) which makes it great for sleeping in.
Televisions in each bedroom and the living room.
Plenty of parking space for boat trailers and cars.
Nice quiet neighborhood.
The lake levels change year to year and seasonally.
The dock shown in one picture is no longer available.
The hot tub is not included.

A lovely house. Easy to get in and find our way around. A useful book of instructions. The host was easy to communicate with. On demand hot water took a moment to figure out, but once we did, it was a The view out the back door is incredible. Especially the sky at night. Find the house by daylight the first time. The area is rural and VERY dark at night. Our GPS mis directed us and we had to adjust for that. When ŵe would leave knowing we were coming back at night we left the porch light on.

Fantastic place

We loved the house and the location. Everything that you could need had been thought of. Close to St. Albans. Waking up to the lake, and sitting in the Adirondack chairs in the evening was bliss. Went kayaking with the equipment. The house was spectacularly clean. We didn’t want to leave.

Great place on the lake, even in winter!

We stayed in this house because of it's close proximity to family during the holidays, but it ended up being such a great find that we hope to stay in again! The house uses space very well, the kitchen is spacious and I found everything I needed to do baking and cooking. We loved the room that looked out on the lake with big sliding doors. One thing to note is that one bedroom, with the King sized bed, is down in a refinished area of the basement, so it does require lots of up and down a steep set of stairs. There's a big driveway and lots of lawn space, including a fire pit and chairs, it looks like it'd be a really nice place to stay in the summer! But we really enjoyed it even in the winter. it was nice and warm and cozy, and has a great gas fireplace that throws a ton of heat! The host was extremely fast to respond with any questions I had! Would definitely recommend.
