'It was heavily raining when we reached the hotel. The main gate was locked. The hotel staff took so long to open the gate for us to get in. We got drenched completely by the time they opened the gate. When we got into the room after the registration, horrified to see the room full of cockroaches all over. Bed sheets were not changed from earlier occupancy. Could not sleep since the cockroaches were on all over the bed. Next morning, there were no facilities to have a cup of coffee before...

'Place is ok with a little paint could be really nice but staff really unhelpful asked for toilet paper they don't supply toilet paper they offered me table napkins I understand some people don't use paper but they should still supply it

The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks)

'Radissons Taxidriver Suresh drove us all the way from Chennai to Coimbatore and back. Despite of the hectic traffic during the peak hours he managed to drive very safely and trustworthy. He was very punctual, always on time. We enjoyed very much his company and his stories and explanations During the trip, answering our questions about the Indian way of live.'

Construction work on the building opposite meant the pavement outside was muddy however staff was excellent and rooms a/c and bathroom facilities were good

Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...
