Tide Pool & Spoonbill: Two side-by-side homes for up to 18 guests, just steps from Vilano Beach. Enjoy heated pool, hot tub, swim spa, fire pits, paddle boards, and 2 golf carts. Relax on spacious decks, including a rooftop with panoramic ocean, downtown, sunrise, and sunset views. Perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or a luxurious beach escape near historic St. Augustine.

This home is special because you can walk 500 feet to the shore. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who are all just enjoying the beach life. Also, Publix and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. There's always a fantastic breeze blowing which makes it heavenly.


Guests will have full access to both homes.


Tide Pool:
4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
Ground floor - heated swimming pool, corn hole and fire pit in the large backyard, grill, outdoor shower, covered hot tub/dining table/couch
2nd floor - main living area (kitchen, dining, living room, laundry), half bath, king ensuite bedroom.
3rd floor - king ensuite bedroom, full bedroom, bedroom with 2 queen beds, full hall bath.
4th floor - rooftop deck with tables and chairs, 360 degree breathtaking views.

Spoonbill:
4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
1st floor - main living area, two ensuite bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen.
2nd floor - two queen bedrooms, full bathroom, and another living room.
Backyard with large swim spa, dining areas, fire pit, corn hole, grill, outdoor shower.



Get around in style with a new water taxi service between the Vilano Beach Public Dock at the Pier and the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.


Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.

Pool at Tide Pool is heated seasonally.

Each property has a four seater golf cart. The golf carts can be driven throughout the neighborhood and to the shops and restaurants in the area. They can also be taken to the public parking lot 100 yards east of the home for easier beach access if needed. They can not be driven on the beach itself.
