'All good things to report. Super clean. Newly updated inside. Nicely decorated. All the amenities needed were on hand. Very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to historic downtown so didn’t have to pay for parking every day. The host, Trevor, was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we visit St. Augustine we’ll look to stay there again!'

'Overall i give the trip 4.7 out of 5 The place was new, clean everything you could want in a vacation place to stay..the only advice I have is one of the "guest" rooms should also have a TV. With me having toddlers the tv would have made bedtime easier. Other then that it was beautiful and the owners answered all questions that i had and i would gladly stay there again.... highly recommend for others to stay'

'Everything, every detail was beautiful. A well decorated and furnished home. Home is new, clean, and well laid out. Beds comfortable, kitchen incredibly well stocked, bath towels plush and furniture nice. The condo is the best rental we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend! '

'The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed.
