• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

• Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• Parking: The property includes 2 parking spaces. Due to HOA and parking restrictions, commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles are not permitted.

• Late Checkout: A $200 fee will apply to any late checkout that has not been approved in advance.

The home is fully available for guests to enjoy, with the exception of one locked owner closet.

For security and property management purposes, guests may not receive mail or packages at the property. If needed, please reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to help coordinate an alternate delivery address.


- C L E A N I N G S A T I S F A C T I O N G U A R A N T E E -
Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure your home is fresh, clean, and welcoming upon arrival.
If you notice any cleanliness concerns at check-in, please let us know the same day so our cleaning team can promptly address them. We’re committed to making sure you have a comfortable and worry-free stay.


*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property.

* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
