Beacher's Lodge Oceanfront Balcony Suite - Inclusief huishoudservice

Deze balkonsuite op de 2e verdieping is alles wat u echt nodig hebt om gelukkig te zijn op het strand. Dit appartement is charmant met vrolijke gele tinten overal. De bank in de woonkamer is de perfecte plek om tv te kijken of een uitzicht op de oceaan te vangen. Leun achterover en ontspan in de ligstoel. Plafondventilatoren in zowel de woonkamer als de slaapkamer houden dit appartement luchtig tijdens zelfs de warmste maanden. De keuken heeft alleen het fornuis, maar is nog steeds voldoende om te kunnen genieten van een maaltijd aan de oceaan. De badkamer heeft het bad en ijdelheid. De eigen slaapkamer is voorzien van vloerbedekking en heeft het queensize bed met een 26-inch flatscreen-tv. Loved the bar setup to maximize eating space within the living room area.A side note - only downside was the revamp of the pet walk area to include the astroturf/fake grass. Our dogs hated it and refused to walk on it. I saw others taking their dogs to the back patio grassy areas as well and dogs going potty in the small step down area between the fence and dog area. We really hope they go back to natural grass in the dog walk area.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed here before but this time when we checked in we started noticing that there were several gashes in the walls, the chair had a couple of holes in it, the fridge had a lot of rust and there was mold on the baseboard under the sink. The balcony is always our favorite part but unfortunately the overall room needs a lot of work and updating for it to be worth the price charged for the room.

Great Beach and Stay with Some Issues at Beachers

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Beachers for almost 25 years. We have stayed in different units each time and this unit had some minor issues that I'm had existed prior to my arrival and were not addressed. To begin with, the stove had two burners and one did not a matter of fact, the burner was totally disconnected. The unit should be repaired or replaced. Next, their were issues with the televisions. The one in the bedroom was an old non-smart tv and the channel selection was terrible. The main tv was a smart television, however, it could not connect to the WIFI signal. Maintenance came and after I was able to connect the tv to the mobile hotspot, he said that the WIFI wasn't very good in the building. I understand that we are at the beach and on vacation, but we do like to cook and relax watching television and that is why I bring this up. One other note, the ice machine on the north end of the building was broken and apparently it had been for awhile as there were numerous laminated signs telling it was out of order. To get ice, we had to walk the entire length of the building...not the biggest of deals but an inconvenience. Overall, Beacher's Lodge does not disappoint and we certainly will be returning to this magical beach! One other note, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Evident by the paint splatters on the remote and coffee machine. Not much for cable channels if you get rained in. The exhaust vent in the bathroom did not work which will build moisture and do damage in the future. The toaster did not work. And the aforementioned coffee pot burner plate was rusted. The staff was excellent! And The view was as expected. Overall a solid 6 and 3/4 out of 10 decent

The sleeper sofa has some light staining on the cushions and looks to be due to be replaced. Otherwise, had a great stay at Beachers as always!

It doesn’t have an oven, and only 1 of the burners was functional, so our ability to cook in the room was really limited.The bed is virtually unsleep-able. It is so old that my husband and I immediately both rolled into the middle of the sagging mattress. We ended up having one of us sleep in the roll-out sofa bed in the living room with the hope that we could get a decent night’s sleep.

It was ok. Not the nicest and the unit could really use some significant updating. The pictures don’t really show how small the unit is either. It’s very small. There are no dressers and barely a closet. The ac unit is extremely loud, especially at night. Pool was very nice and the beach was excellent.

THE CONDO WAS NICE EXCEPT WE DEFINITELY NEED A KING SIZED BED (THE QUEEN WASN'T BIG ENOUGH OR VERY COMFY) BUT WE STILL SLEPT WELL, AS WE ALWAYS DO AT THE BEACH :))

Decent place, just don’t leave anything in the room.

Stay was good. Close to the beach, a solid little vacation for a night. My disappointment came when I left a bra in the room by mistake. I called multiple times to inquire about it, was told I would be called back, wasn’t called back, then the third call I managed to get an answer that nothing was turned in. I asked she inquire further, but someone was in the room, so she would have to call me back. Guess what didn’t happen? So yeah, solid 4/5 stars for the location and a place to sleep. Management bumped it down to 3. It’s my fault for not grabbing all my things, but management shouldn’t say they will call back when they cannot follow through.
